Very noisy , there is no AC , staff is uncooperative ، expensive price . Bad experience

The blow dryer does not work, there’s useless kitchen they have not put any cutlery at all , the rooms are not soundproof we were annoyed by the neighbors and the crowded street; therefore we couldn’t sleep at all .. there is no fans the air is trapped in the bathroom.. there’s no AC .. the hotel did not fill us with drinking water unless we asked for.. the staff are very slow and unresponsive.. one person of the staff tried his best but still the hotel is un residential.

They put us in studio room ground floor which forced us to keep the curtains and windows closed all the time and no AC was there, no privacy

Cleaning only one time / 2 days Breakfast is fixed it’s delicious but it’s same every day Rooms without AC !!! However it was so cold ,, but in summer time I doubt it !

The property was clean with perfect view to the lake, and the staff was really helpful specially mr.Mohammed.

The room is spacious and clean, the location is excellent and quiet, the reception staff are wonderful, especially Mohammed, who is very cooperative and well-mannered

Amazing location and newly renovated rooms. Alibey went out of the way to help us with food arrangements as being a vegetarian there were no options nearby. Thanks and will recommend.

The Hotel was good enough with the location, facilities and etc. However, the staff was awful! They cheated on us regarding the conditioning as it was very cold! Only after social media postings they managed to make the rooms hot! We were 18 people, 9 out of us were children! 1 day we were very in cold condition!

Good palace to stay in uzungol 4 star hotel.proper cleaning & friendly staff. Good breakfast

The location was great and parking was available. Deluxe suite bedroom size was deceptive in photos, too tight to even get down from the bed.

Garbage outside window and dirty view, balcony is namesake just to stand only. Argumenting staff, gave me a dirty smelly. And withered prayer mat, upon request to change, he said pray on floor or mosque, mat is not important.Unhyegenic condition, toilet was too small and disgusting smell, shower cabin had no curtain or glass. Toilet faucet pipe was damaged.Uncomfortable cheap bed mattress. I could feel metal springs on the surface.Dirty sofa, with burn marks, and someones broken hairs on it.Constant Smell and noise in room from false ceiling, some machine inside maybe.Rusted and disgusting bins. No water bottles, when requested he said buy from market.I actually ran away 1 day earlier than my paid days because i could not tolerate after 3 days.

The receptionist in the morning period is not collaborative, the room price is extremely expensive comparing to the provided services and the hotel facilities. The toilet roll papers are not new, you need to ask and wait to get new ones…The receptionist team are not collaborative at all in terms of late check out (12:30 pm is not considered acceptable for them).

The rooms were super clean and obiously renovated .

When it comes to the breakfast,it was really poor. Room wise, you can clearly hear people next door.
